Delivery is not available to the following overseas islands and territories:
- French overseas territories: French Polynesia and New Caledonia

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €3.95 per order.
Orders with a value of €49.99 or more are delivered free of shipping charges.

Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 2–5 days, and for deliveries abroad within 3–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In that case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further payment details
If you pay in advance, we grant you a 2% discount on the gross merchandise value of the order.
Payment by invoice is only available to registered customers.
When paying by invoice, the invoice amount is due within 14 days.
When paying by credit card, your credit card account is charged upon conclusion of the contract.
When paying by Amazon Pay, your Amazon Pay payment method is charged upon conclusion of the contract.
